この社会処理を行う。

世界プログラムとして、
できないことはしない、
やってはいけないことはしない、
システムの負帰還を掛ける。
この精神処置を行う。

今これがヨーロッパの先進国や
クールジャパンで展開されているので、
これが地球の一割になれば、
その影響力で世界の三割に拡散され、
地球を制御するであろう。

このような健康な地球社会の芽が出てきた。
