町がきれいになるとアレルギーやガンが発生。
精神衛生の改善で同じことが起こるだろう。

同時に人類の精神年齢は向上し、
知性の発展と友のこれらの知見を得るかもしれない。

これが21世紀地球社会の基本構造だ。

人類社会は精神衛生改善の時期に入った。
